Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Young Kim (CA-40) released the following statement on H.Res.489:
“Adam Schiff abused his position as Chairman of the Intelligence Committee to pursue a political vendetta. If the resolution brought before the House today was only on censuring him, I would have voted to proceed. However, I fear including a fine of $16M sets a dangerous precedent and raises constitutional questions. That is why I voted with the majority of California Republicans to table this motion,” said Rep. Young Kim.
