The Chinese Communist Party has persecuted Falun Gong for 25 years. On July 11, some Falun Gong practitioners held a rally against the 25th anniversary of the persecution on the National Mall in Washington. Federal members of Congress, political representatives , leaders of non-profit organizations, and think tank representatives all came to the scene to deliver speeches in support of Falun Gong practitioners and jointly demanded that the Chinese Communist Party stop persecuting Falun Gong.
Under the bright sun, some Falun Gong practitioners and supporters from all over the United States held a large rally at the National Mall near Capitol Hill in Washington, DC , to protest against the Chinese Communist Party’s brutal suppression of Falun Gong over the past 25 years.
U.S. Congressman Pat Ryan: “We stand here today to clearly declare that both parties in the United States stand with the Falun Gong group and oppose the Chinese Communist Party’s direct attack (on Falun Gong).”
Representative Pat Ryan of the 18th District of New York State said at the rally that he was very proud to represent the 800,000 voters in his district in New York State and speak out for Falun Gong practitioners.
Piero Tozzi, chief of staff of the U.S. Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC), took the stage to speak and said that since Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, although the CCP has changed several Although he is a party leader, his persecution of Falun Gong has always been consistent, which reveals the evil nature of the Chinese Communist regime.
Chen Jingyu, a Falun Gong practitioner from New York, told reporters that her sister Chen Jinghui was illegally arrested in March this year for practicing Falun Gong and is currently illegally detained at Changchun Road Police Station in Changchun City, Jilin Province. She demands that the CCP immediately release the illegally detained elder sister.
Zhang Chao, a Falun Gong practitioner from Weifang, Shandong, China, whose entire family practices Falun Gong, had just ended four years of illegal persecution on November 1 last year. Due to long-term harassment and persecution by the Chinese Communist authorities, he had no choice but to leave his hometown.

The parade started from the National Mall and passed through the famous Pennsylvania Avenue and Constitution Avenue.
Li Fenghong, a senior accountant at a construction engineering company in Beijing: “Because it was my first time to participate, I heard fellow practitioners who had been here say that the distance of this year’s parade was longer than in previous years. As night fell, Falun Gong practitioners held candlelights in their hands to mourn the Falun Gong practitioners who had been persecuted to death by the Chinese Communist Party for upholding their beliefs over the past 25 years.

Over the past 25 years, innocent Falun Gong practitioners have been repeatedly silenced, detained, imprisoned, and brainwashed by the Chinese Communist regime.
