Rep. Young Kim Named Lead Republican on Small Business Subcommittee

Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Young Kim (CA-39) will serve as Ranking Member on the House Small Business Subcommittee on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Workforce Development. Rep. Kim will also serve on the House Small Business Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access.

Through these subcommittees, Rep. Kim will have a hands-on role in creating policies that help our small businesses facing unprecedented hardships during the COVID-19 and create an economy and workforce for the future.

“As a Korean American who ran a small business, I know firsthand the struggles our small business owners face and want to make sure future generations can access the resources they need to achieve their American dream. I look forward to doing exactly that and promoting pro-growth policies to support our economy and future workforce as Ranking Member of the House Small Business Subcommittee on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Workforce Development,” said Kim.
