Washington, DC – Orange County School of the Arts junior Eunseo Choi from Tustin was named the winner of the Congressional Art Competition for California’s 40th District. Her artwork, “Blossoms of War,” depicts five innocent children surrounded by flower petals in a time of conflict, showing that hope and resilience can be maintained even in the darkest of times.
The Office of U.S. Representative Young Kim (CA-40) hosted a reception on May 9, 2025 at the Moulton Museum in Laguna Hills to honor the participants of the art competition, which is held annually for high school students from across the district to showcase their artistic talents.
